Amáutica share a new reworking of “Ojos Como Brasas” by Colombian artist Cenizacromada, out 21 August 2026 on all digital platforms.
The remix strips the original down and rebuilds it as something denser and more claustrophobic - a city at night, its steel and concrete pressing in, a spirit looking for a way out through the neon. Cenizacromada is a project formed in Bogota in 2003 by street musician Alejandro Eliades, rooted in Latin American folk but shaped over time by darkwave, gothic rock and experimental electronics.
The original appears on Amáutica’s album Sin Altares (2024). This remix extends the song into new territory without losing sight of what it originally was.
